Community Care Trust
We have been working with HR Advantage since June, and following a comprehensive review of our policies and contractual documents, we asked them to deliver a Training session for Managers covering the basics of management with a more detailed focus on Absence Management. The training was brilliant and really got staff thinking and talking beyond the session. I have a fantastic group of staff but we can get stuck and HR Advantage brought a very fresh approach to some of the things we have been looking to improve and implement for some time. They also gave us a helpful framework to depersonalise certain uncomfortable conversations. As a result we have further developed our absence management policy and procedures, including the introduction of a more comprehensive monitoring and feedback system which I now know staff will relate to and understand because of the training.
