Do you need to change your current disciplinary and grievance policies and procedures?
The mandatory "three step" process to be followed for dealing with disciplinary and dismissal procedures will be repealed on 6th April 2009. It is being replaced by a revised ACAS Code of Practice that will need to be followed by employers, who will also need to take account of the supplementary ACAS Guidance.
To help you check if your current procedures are "fit for purpose" in the new non-statutory world, we are offering a free review of your current disciplinary and grievance procedures.
In return you will get:
· A short report containing advice about changes, if any, to your current procedures
· Suggestions on ways to simplify your current procedures and
· A fixed price proposal for any amendments we might suggest you should make
To take advantage of this special offer e-mail your current Disciplinary and Grievance Policies and Procedures, together with any references to these Policies and Procedures in your current Terms and Conditions of Employment to campbell@hradvantage.co.uk
