Use our free quick and accurate psychometric tool to create the profile of the ideal candidate for your job role. This tool provides an accurate but dynamic person specification based on ability, working style and occupational interests which in turn provides an excellent means for developing a job description and accurate overview of the requirements of the role.
Once this profile has been created you might choose to use our “all in one” psychometric candidate assessment to recruit for the role. The resulting candidate placement report would be specifically tailored to your job profile to determine the candidate’s exact fit to the role. Disciplinary and Grievance

The mandatory "three step" process to be followed for dealing with disciplinary and dismissal procedures will be repealed on 6th April 2009. It is being replaced by a revised ACAS Code of Practice that will need to be followed by employers, who will also need to take account of the supplementary ACAS Guidance.
