Jenny Blackmore has joined the Honiton office of national human resource management services specialists HR Advantage.
In her role as Consultant Jenny will further increase HR Advantaage's level of service and help deal with the growth of work with SMEs that lack internal resources in HR and Personnel Management. It is clear said Jenny hat many employers are acutely aware of their responsibilities under statutory regulations and are most concerned that they lack the resources to deal with them.
Jenny (23) joins HR Advantage from South West Water where she spent 5½ years as a Personnel Officer dealing with recruitment and employment issues.

Jenny is a founder member of Honiton's High Spirits Carnival Committee and a keen member of the Young Farmers Club.
