Drop-in centre gives free advice to employers

A local company has introduced a free advisory service for bosses seeking help with employment problems.

Every Tuesday, from 4.30 - 6pm, HR Advantage offers free initial consultation sessions at their new offices in High Wycombe. Employers are invited to book an appointment, bring their HR questions and queries and meet an experienced consultant fully qualified to deal with employment problems such as absenteeism, recruitment difficulties, employee performance, contracts and handbooks and all aspects of employment law.

Campbell Ritchie , Managing Director of HR Advantage, said "We decided to offer a free advisory service to help employers deal with the increasing complexity of many employment issues. We focus on providing adaptable solutions to organisations of all sizes, across many sectors and have the flexibility to provide each of them with what they want, when they need it, tailored exactly to their individual requirements."

HR Advantage has recently appointed three new employees to their team, adding to their existing depth of expertise. Stephen Finn, an experienced employment lawyer, will further strengthen and enhance the services the company provides. Anita Patel is an experienced HR administrator and joins the company from Accenture HR Services. Anita is taking responsibility for much of the outsourced HR administration service. Mohammad Ahmed has joined as part of a joint project with Luton University and will be working with HR Advantage in an IT / Knowledge Management role.
