We’re offering a unique ‘week-end’ residential, continuity training focused, ‘BCM Boot Camp’ with one of the leading providers of business continuity systems support, T-Systems.

The training will take place on the 3^rd & 4^th March 2012, in Greenwich, London, and costs £1000 + vat per delegate (including accomodation and meals). The ‘BCM Boot Camp’ will include:

·         Explanation of the detailed steps within the BCM lifecycle and an introduction to the industry standard for BCM (BS 25999)

·         Overview of the BCM lifecycle and roles and responsibilities for BCM

·         Detail of each step within the lifecycle (inputs, activity, outputs, benefits)

·         Understanding of how the lifecycle can be used to support the implementation of BCM within a business

·         Practical tips and support on how to implement/or improve BCM within your business, including Q&A session with Graham Vingoe, FBCI.
