Keeping your finger on the pulse…

Do you know how your business would cope in a disaster?

Business Continuity Management (BCM) is important to the recovery of your business following a disaster. Business continuity isn’t just for large coporates, small businesses need to take responsisbility for thier own continuity planning.

How would you cope if your business suffered a disaster?

You’ve spent years developing a business and one incident could ruin its whole future.

Business Continuity Management will help you:

  • continue to provide your customers with required services or products, within an agreed time frame following a disaster;
  • it will reduce the financial and operational consequences of significant business disruptions;
  • identify your risks and strategies to reduce these risks;
  • develop the knowledge and expertise in your business to manage the business from disruption back to 'business as usual' .

BCM isn’t just about reviewing your own plans, it also looks at your supply chain and helps you develop contigency plans, such as, if a major supplier of yours had their own disaster and were no longer able to supply you with services.

So how can we help you be prepared?

We’re offering a unique ‘week-end’ residential, continuity training focused, ‘BCM Boot Camp’ with one of the leading providers of business continuity systems support, T-Systems.
