In February we set out on a mission to find out what our clients think of the service we currently provide and exactly what we can do to improve your HR Advantage experience.

So far we have surveyed our clients whose main service is from our High Wycombe office. We are pleased to announce an overwhelmingly positive response peppered with some helpful suggestions and comments which we are addressing to ensure you receive an even higher level of service in the future.

We are delighted that so many of you use words like effective, reliable, professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, responsible, accessible, flexible, organised, concise, supportive, and even, nice to describe the way you feel about HR Advantage and we are particularly happy to hear that we provide you with peace of mind, because that is a big reason for us being here.

Approximately 90% of clients surveyed said that we provide the right level of support and we’re delighted that a vast majority of those questioned claimed to be happy or extremely happy with both the speed and quality of our service. Perhaps this is why so many of you have already recommended us to other organisations - we would like to say a big thank you for doing so; we take this a huge vote of confidence and as ever appreciate your support.

Those of you who, kindly, offered to provide testimonials and contributions have been contacted and we are already receiving some excellent feedback which will, in due course, find its way onto a new “Client page” on our website.

It’s good to know that you generally find this newsletter to be helpful and we hope that those of you who have signed up to receive it as a result of the survey enjoy your first taste of it.
