People News
After helping HR Advantage grow from just three staff and working with just four clients six years ago to sixteen staff and over one hundred clients now, our part-time Finance Manager Ruth Turner has decided that, while Finance is fun, all this activity is starting to impinge on her other working passion, which is case management for a number of motor racing charities. Much to our regret Ruth is leaving us in October. Ruth will be much missed by the team, but even we can understand that the allure of Siverstone and Goodwood is too much for us to compete with. We wish her our sincere thanks for her major contribution to our development and our very best wishes for the future.
Ruth's role will be taken over as part of a Finance outsourcing service being provided to us by HW accounting. As an outsourcing specialist ourselves we thought we'd better practice what we preach. Our service will be led by Sanjeev Virdee and Sanjeev is already quickly becoming an established member of our team. Sanjeev can be contacted at finance@hradvantage.co.uk
Simona Policicchio has successfully completed a six month HR experience with HR Advantage and has now returned to her studies to complete her Italian law qualification.
