  • Negotiating and briefing recruitment agencies

 

Stage 2: The Selection Process

  • Handling candidate responses
  • Conducting candidate interviews at each stage
  • Undertaking agreed psychometric / practical tests

 

Stage 3: The Offer and Legal Documentations

  • Support the negotiation with the chosen candidate
  • Candidate database management so that suitable candidates can be tracked and reconsidered if required (subject to Data Protection rules)
  • Produce Offer Letters and Contracts of Employments
  • Contact references and manage all appropriate candidate checks such as Criminal Records Bureau Checks and Pre-Employment Medical Screenings

 

Stage 4: Getting Started

  •  Complete all administration e.g. inclusion within payroll, benefits and pension schemes
  • Managing the induction process including; introduction to the company, key contacts, Health and Safety Information and the production of staff handbooks
  • On going support to complete Personal Development Plans, Identify training needs, introduction to the appraisal process and external mentoring service.
