Company Profile: A traditional food manufacturer recently purchased by an international business.
Situation:
Significant investment was required to up date production processes but to make this investment effective staff had to adopt and apply changed ways of working. The desire was very much to build positively and to encourage change. It was felt that clearer skills mapping, objective setting and performance feedback would help.
Results:
A short practical intervention to map out future requirements and establish the practical means of achieving the changes required without losing the best of the heritage. The successful introduction of descriptions and measures of new ways of working, objective setting and performance management owned by local management and staff.
