Situation:
Was seeking to improve its human resource management and business performance by establishing a clear HR strategy and a prioritised action plan.
What HR Advantage Did:
We undertook a tailored HR health-check, including focus group meetings with a cross section staff and interviews with the senior management team and HR Manager. Based on this activity and following further facilitated discussion an action plan was agreed with the target of improving internal communications and developing existing performance management and pay structures.
Working flexibly with the HR Manager, HR Advantage facilitated the development of a performance management and pay structure template.
Results:
Development of a company vision and objectives supported by key performance indicators. A description of key competencies, the creation of a job description framework designed to encourage individual accountability. The creation of a fully costed pay structure model to encourage the development of individual and team performance and reduce labour turnover.
