What HR Advantage Did:
We quickly checked and updated the existing terms and conditions of employment and created a staff handbook which contained policies and information for staff.
We discussed the current performance and conduct issues, identified the priorities and suggested how the main problems could be tackled. We then supported the operations manager as she successfully took the actions required.
