HR Advantage is a practical, “hands on” Human Resources Outsourcing company.
 
Founded in 1999 and now employing 16 HR professionals and support staff and our own employment lawyer, we are a team of HR experts trained in every aspect of HR and passionate about delivering exceptional client service at the right time, delivered in the right way.

 

We are not theorists; we offer workable solutions to client issues; anything from dealing with ad hoc queries to ongoing support and guidance. In every instance, we ensure a flexibility that perfectly matches clients current and changing requirements.   • Provided HR Leadership to a growing number of large employers
  • Provided on-call telephone, e-mail and on-site advice and guidance to over 150 employers
  • Developed and kept up to date, employment documentation for over 150 employers
  • Managed recruitment process to recruit Financial Directors, Sales Managers, Art Galley Managers, Production Supervisors and many, many more
  • Ran fully outsourced HR functions for companies in telecoms, retail and IT
  • Led a major TUPE transfer consultation at a leading UK professional service company
  • Concluded annual pay negotiations at a major food manufacturing company
  • Managed and led the European Works Council meeting for an international plc
  • Developed practical HR strategies for two high growth start-ups
  • Conducted a complete review of the different terms that existed within a group as a result of many TUPE transfers and made recommendations for harmonisation
  • Conducted a large survey of leavers for a major fast food chain
  • Developed integrated pay and performance management systems for a dynamic B2B services company and a major Government contractor
  • Worked on the restructuring of a senior management team
  • Completed contracts, policies and handbooks for organisations in IT, retailing, transport services, engineering, and professional sport
  • Managed consultations on re-organisations and redundancy in telecommunications, distribution and professional services businesses
  • Run interview skills and grievance & disciplinary training courses
